Independent Google Ads oversight for multi-property portfolios.
Keep your agencies. Add an independent expert on your side who checks their work, verifies the data, and tells each agency exactly what to fix.
Large portfolios often split properties across more than one agency. Each agency reports on its own work, with its own tracking and its own definitions. Leadership gets several versions of the truth and no easy way to tell which campaigns produce leases or bookings.
Oversight fixes that without replacing anyone. We work with read-only access, pull the account data ourselves, and review it property by property. When we find a problem, the agency that owns it gets a specific fix request. You get one consistent view of spend, leads, and results across the whole portfolio.
One source of truth across 100 accounts and two agencies.

- Numbers you can take to leadership with confidence.
Common questions
Do we have to replace our agencies?
No. Oversight works alongside your current agencies. Many clients keep them and use us to hold every agency to one standard.
What access do you need?
Read-only access to Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager. We do not change accounts under oversight.
How do agencies react?
We work openly with them. They get clear, evidence-based requests instead of general complaints, which most teams find easier to act on.
How is oversight priced?
A monthly fee per property, based on the hours each property needs. We quote after a short review of the portfolio.
Can oversight lead to management?
It can. Some clients move properties to us for full management after oversight. That is your choice, not a condition.
Talk to the people who will do the work.
Tell us about your portfolio. On a short call, we review where you stand and recommend the right starting point: management, oversight, or an audit.
